Overview

From Universal Studios to iconic productions like Wicked, NBCUniversal continues to redefine the boundaries of the entertainment industry. With its longstanding legacy in media, the company inspires and connects audiences worldwide.

As a Marketing Operations Intern on the TVE-CRM team, I worked at the intersection of digital marketing and technology. I supported the development and execution of marketing campaigns for all NBCUniversal networks (NBC, Telemundo, E!, Bravo, Oxygen, USA, and SYFY). My role leveraged creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise to shape the way these brands engage with diverse users.

Campaign Management

My team built marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Email, In-App, Push, Web Push). These campaigns reach millions of people daily across all digital touchpoints. The main goal of these initiatives is to increase consumer interaction, build brand loyalty, and drive engagement to NBCUniversal's networks. I worked cross-functionally with the Strategy, Ops & Planning, and Peacock teams to ensure success of all lifecycle campaigns. I also monitored pre- and post-deployment metrics to track individual campaign performance.

Quality Assurance (QA) and Process Development

I ensured the accuracy and quality of campaigns before and after they go live. I performed two types of quality assurance: regular QA and post-schedule review. For regular QA, I carefully reviewed all campaign details such as copy, creative assets, and links. I sent proofs via Apple and Android mobile devices to test all CTA buttons and confirm visual accuracy. For post-schedule review, I double checked that scheduling information, such as deployment dates and times, were correct. Additionally, I looked for opportunities to streamline process workflows and document best practices to support the broader CRM team.
