Overview

Supported lifecycle marketing for NBCUniversal brands (NBC, Telemundo, E!, Bravo, Oxygen, USA, SYFY). Leveraged audience segmentation, process optimization, and performance tracking to drive CRM operations.

Marketing Operations

Executed multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase consumer engagement and retention.

  • Built campaigns across Email, In-App, Push, and Web Push channels
  • Implemented A/B testing and marketing automation to deliver personalized content at scale
  • Collaborated with 3+ cross-functional teams to align lifecycle marketing objectives
  • Deployed high-impact sends reaching 1M+ users daily, boosting app interactions and brand loyalty

Ensured campaign accuracy and optimized internal workflows to support the broader CRM team.

  • Performed QA on 100+ campaigns weekly, verifying copy, CTAs, visuals, and mobile responsiveness

  • Created 7+ internal process docs to streamline marketing workflows and support onboarding
