My Role Share and teach Notion to students while building a strong Notion community on campus.

Overview

Over the pandemic, Notion quite literally kept my life in motion! I have been an avid Notion lover since 2020 and use the all-in-one productivity tool for essential everything -- to-do lists, course planning, habit tracking, meeting notes; you name it. Whether it's capturing thoughts or running entire student organizations, its easy-to-use features have helped streamline my workflow and increase productivity. My favorite feature is the Kanban boards!

My job as a Notion Campus Leader is to spread awareness about the platform to undergraduate students. I am part of a dynamic team that hosts quarterly workshops and training sessions aimed at teaching people about Notion's educational benefits.

I am a member of a global program that strives to cultivate Notion communities at the local level. Through this experience, I have been able to connect with so many fellow Notion enthusiasts and even got to visit the Notion HQ in San Francisco last summer!

Event Planning

As a Campus Leader, I devise fun and informative events on behalf of Notion @ UCLA. The internal planning process involves designing slide decks and planning live demonstrations to foster interactivity and engagement among attendees.

Additionally, I contribute to my school’s Notion Hub, a webpage dedicated to sharing useful resources to the general public. We provide templates, tutorials, and guides for anyone looking to seek inspiration for their next Notion project.

In the past, we've collaborated with other clubs on workshops ranging from "Winter Quarter with Notion" to "Notion for Designers." These events are always an amazing opportunity to bring students together and help foster a collective Notion community on campus.

We have an Notion @ UCLA Instagram page to spread organizational updates. I help design graphics, making sure to adhere to Notion's brand guidelines while also adding my personal touch into every design. Maintaining a clean and visually-appealing user experience is very crucial to cultivating our digital presence.
