Overview

Directed event programming and marketing outreach for Rotary Youth Leadership Awards. Served as 1 of 7 alumni to host the first in-person camp since 2019 for 80+ high school students across 3 counties.

Brought RYLA's visual theme to life through branding, graphic design, and on-site marketing assets.

Designed branded apparel, including t-shirts and hoodies, for the alumni team
Created print and digital graphics for external communications
Built photo backdrops and visual installations to support an immersive camp experience
Contributed to theme development and brand storytelling, such as "The Hero's Journey" framework

Conducted end-to-end journey mapping to identify camper engagement gaps and inform future improvements.

Outlined key audience segments to prioritize targeted outreach efforts
Defined stages of engagement to track attendee touchpoints
Leveraged communication channels such as social media, email, and in-person meetings
Analyzed drop-offs using sign-up/attendance data to find barriers to participation
Sent out feedback surveys to assess post-event satisfaction and continued involvement

Led small-group facilitation and leadership development sessions, guiding students through reflective and collaborative activities.

Facilitated daily leadership discussions and debriefs centered around the 5 Leadership Practices

Fostered a sense of belonging and lifelong friendships through shared camp experiences
